Susan Bailey LPC
Susan is a child counselor who enjoys working with children who struggle with anxiety, depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Susan’s passion is providing grief counseling. She also has experience providing family counseling.
Susan uses a Client-Centered perspective in her child counseling and family counseling sessions. Through active listening, Susan tries to understand what the client is experiencing: thoughts, feelings, patterns of behavior, and responses to specific events. Susan works with her clients to identify what is going right and what things still need work. Together they choose do-able tasks to help the client overcome his or her difficulties and build healthier patterns of relating to self and others.
Susan also works with clients who prefer a faith-based approach and is happy to bring the resources of their faith into the healing process.
Susan works in our Farmington location and has Saturday availability.
Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Delaware

Susan is a very family and faith oriented counselor. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three adult children.
