Workshop Registration

This is a two-step process.  Please complete the following form and click Submit.  You may then mail a check to Tender Hearts at 3191 Old Cape Road, Jackson, MO 63755.  If you would prefer you may call us at 573-204-8901 and provide a credit card number to be charged.
