Phyllis Rowe LMSW
Phyllis Rowe is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Phyllis is under the supervision of Stacy Scott (License Number 2002014995). Phyllis works with children, teens, and their families who are experiencing a variety of problems, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety, and other life transitions. Phyllis was a parent educator for 10 years, a preschool teacher for 8 years, and worked with teen pregnancy/at risk teens for 5 years.
Phyllis uses a combination of Person-Centered, Holistic, and Solution-Focused therapy. By combining these approaches, Phyllis meets her clients and their families where they are in their view of their issue. She considers the whole person and all areas of their life, and she practices and expects genuineness, acceptance, and empathy. Phyllis believes in focusing on the issue or problem at hand and the current need and behaviors. Phyllis works in our Cape Girardeau office.

When Phyllis is not at work she enjoys camping, canoeing, dancing, listening to music, attending theatre, traveling, and spending time with her family.
